Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on royalchoukaofbharat.com are packed and delivered. The site is operated by Ketan Enterprise.

Where we deliver

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners, booked via Shiprocket. If your PIN code cannot be served, you will be told at checkout, or we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, strikes or other events outside our control can occasionally add time. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery PIN code and the weight of your order, and are shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details by email and/or SMS.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check your address, PIN code and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable after the courier’s attempts, we can re-ship it once you pay the shipping charge again, or refund the product value minus the shipping costs incurred.

Damaged parcels

If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please note it with the courier or refuse delivery, and contact us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we handle damaged items.
