Orders
- An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or a payment looks fraudulent. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
- Products are sold for personal, household use.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
Products
- Our products are natural and made in small batches, so colour, aroma and texture can vary slightly between batches.
- Product images are for illustration. The packaging you receive may look different.
- Please read the label for ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and best-before date before use.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Deliveries are covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and pack designs, belongs to Ketan Enterprise and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or place orders using someone else’s payment details.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara
